It could happen while chatting with a friend, an influencer\u2019s recommendation or seeing an ad on social media.<\/li><li><strong>Consideration<\/strong>: At this stage, the user\u2019s engagement level increases markedly. Analysing this reveals insights about which products rank high in terms of customers\u2019 interest and which ones need a marketing push.<\/li><li><strong>Conversion<\/strong>: At this stage, the user is assured of a product\u2019s quality and plans to make a purchase. At this stage of a customer\u2019s purchase journey, there is a risk of the buyer being distracted by competitors\u2019 products through better deals or search listings or even landing on an error page due to misspelling. This leakage can be prevented by using the right tools on content to commerce.&nbsp;<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Supporting a customer\u2019s journey with engaging content<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Engaging content is central to handholding today\u2019s search-savvy users throughout their customer journey. Users expect brands to assist them with appropriate content along their customer journey [3].
